Shipping conditions
All items except fresh flowers are delivered within the EU.
We ask for your understanding Unfortunately, we can only send fresh flowers within Germany.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Delivery within Germany
We charge for the “Standard Shipping” shipping method The shipping costs are a flat rate of €5.99 per order.
Delivery to other EU countries
For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat rate of €15.99 for shipping costs per order.
Delivery times
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 2-3 days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
